However, the audience felt that this kind of film was nonsense considering all the violence they were seeing on television, they were turning away from the happy atmosphere films like this was having and a decline was present. At the end of the film, the walls of Jericho fell down to the appear of the trumpet, this was ultimately the crumbling of the Hays Code.
