The restaurant has 5 sandwich makers and 2 managers. It is in the downtown pecuniary area, all its customer is from the building or the buildings connected to this food court. Most of its customers are from financial firms or banks, they are the person who have high pedagogics background and usually very nice to the restaurant’s employees; also they really care about their health, so subway is a good option for their launch.
