The impact of this lack of competence resulted in the lack of stimulus for students English language skills.
Another look into conducted by Whitehead (2010) focuses on the native speakers of English who were engage as supporting unit for RSBI schools and the findings show that the native speakers teachers did not have the appropriate qualification.
