I was leaving the ships company which I utilize to field of study for and my manager hired a new staff. I was told to push together her a ascertaining. She used to work as a bartender and they got their tips every daylight at the end of the shift. Her expactations has not been met. Furthermore she was new in a company and she did not know anybody. She did not determine like she is one of us and she belongs to group of people. I would like to emphasise that I see the connection between Abraham´s Maslow´s hierarchy of needs and my example because her social (belonging) cut back of needs has not been fulfilled.
In order to get her mad about what we are doing I started telling her how good this company is, how nice people work in our store and I told her this is a perfect job for her.
