In 2009 a sketch strategic curriculum was developed for the Canton City Health District. This design envision was developed as part of an OVAT demonstration see that provided training and skills in continuous quality improvement (CQI) for the discussion section. This scheme was discussed and used as a template to guide nearly programming for the department in 2010.

In order to work forward with achieving our vision of healthy people living in a healthy community, we must have a passage map to guide our actions. This strategic plan is that route map.
The Purpose (Mission)
Develop a three course strategic plan for the Canton City Health District for the year 2011.

By November 30, 2010 have a three year strategic plan for the Canton City Health plane section that describes the overall strategic objectives for the department. This plan pull up stakes be approved by the Canton City Board of Health

Greater sense of mission on purpose.
A road map to guide budgetary and programmatic decisions for program managers.
Increase in skills in strategic planning and implementation.




Greater understanding by community of the mission and purpose of the health department.
Greater righteousness of department to community.
Deliverables
Development of a written strategic plan in a simple outline style coiffe that can be shargond with community.
Develop a peerless page summary of strategic plan for inclusion in annual report.
Publish strategic plan on department website.
