Reading this chapter I wasnt really rage because the field of study wasnt advanced for me, or so everything that I translate in this chapter wasnt my first time reading. Reading this chapter was very suck I had no problem to understand what they were talking, what they were trying to insure us about because Stress is something that I deal with almost every day, and I always search, read, and try how to get relieve of stress, thats why I said that this chapter wasnt new for me. But otherwise I butt end reckon that from this chapter I could learn 10%.
There were some parts in the chapter that I dont agree like for type the skill learning such as managing stress, eliminating stress, in my evince of view stress is something that is not easy to control or to avoid in my get experience I could say that what I read in the skill of learning doesnt much works. I could see that the information and techniques introduced in this chapter and on the schoolbook is to help the readers developing coping and resilience skills for dealing atom stressful situation in the future. But I can say that it wasnt so bad to reread what I already knew its never too much to polish our knowledge, and its always good to read about what bothers us most of the time.
