Human resource management

I shall present a continue based on my personal experience in team work during the kind-hearted Resource Management sessions. In the first part of the report is a reflective writing based on Gibbs (1988), which helps recant and gain experiences systematically. Hence I shall review my first tone of the session and my company members, my feelings and thoughts as well, to fatherher with evaluation of the action of several remarkable colleagues and me, followed by a recommendation and prognosis to the future.

I shall concerned with the roles and motivation of members within our group, since these shares are the insane asylum for group members to start working together coherently. Clear fellow feeling and fully occupation of ones role in a team, together with highly motivated members, are requirement to the team efficiency, not only for our groups at present, but to a fault critical for working teams in the future.

Leadership is another element for a team. However, during our cooperation within the group, leadership sometimes did not exist. and so I shall not focus on it in this report.

Impressions

Since we were devided into groups beforehand, I did not have to face the embracement searching for groups. However, this also direct to a problem that I could not choose my best-loved type of group members especially my friends, which might cause difficulties in the basic needs of belongingness, according to Marslow (1943). As long as all the 5 group members, T, N, D, J, and I were all mod students at that time, this nervousness caused by strangers were common during our self-introductions.
