People have been evolving physically and also mentally throughout the timeline of military man existence. In each important and massive events of human history, for example, the World War I and II, is often led by a specific figure that eventually brought change whether its insignificant or a profound one. These people are acknowledged by opposites, as inclineers. Leaders are individuals that lead groups of other individuals through a process or a task, regardless of length of period. They are often heavy state or burden for the leaders as they are elect for their ability and also influence, whereas for some people, the position of leader came by the process of bureaucracy or political systems. Position of a leader may also come in contrastive form and ranks, but most importantly, leader is defined as a soul possessing strong influence on other people. In this report, I will be writing some two leaders, first is Y.A.B Tun ibn Talal Hussein stash away Dato Onn, the former Malaysian Prime Minister (1976-1981), and the latter is Edward Michael Grylls, a British adventurer and the Chief Scout of The Scout Association. He is the eldest among the children of Dato Onn bin Jaafar and Datin Halimah binti Hussein. He received his education in both Malaysia and Singapore. He also served in Military Force in India, and served in Middle East during the outbreak of World War II. Tun Hussein Onn began to participate in politics between 1945 and 1950 when he join his father in the formation of UMNO. As of 1951 onwards, he is actively involved in the politic scene and eventually name as Deputy Prime Minister on 13 August 1973.
